BACK IN FULL FORCE!!

I'm back, and I'm not going anywhere until I shed the unwanted pounds, and improve my health.  Here are the most recent stats.

Here's the story, my husband wouldn't let me compete in a biggest loser comp for $40, i'm okay with that although I can't help thinking that I could've been the winner of $1000 for losing the most percentage of weight within a 3 month period.  What was my goal weight you ask?  I'd needed to lose 50 lbs for a 23% loss and end up at 160lbs.  I don't know if 50lbs is possible in 3 months but I was willing to try.  Anyhow, I still am trying but it won't be for money, it will be for my own satisfaction, and even if I end up at 165 I will be happy but still try for the 160. 

I will be concentrating mostly on building muscle and shedding fat, so I will have to work hard at that.  My knees are a little off right now and I'm afraid of pushing myself because my knees will pay for it. 
But, I think one of the biggest factors in my knee problems is being so overweight.  Hopefully shedding the lbs will help.  My regime will be looking something like this. 

Yoga 30-45 min a day-for stretching and meditation
Zumba 1hr- cardio
20 sec fitness-for strength and power
weight lifting-for toning

There it is, I will need to figure out how to incorporate all this into my week, but I think it will help me to drop my weight below 200 fast, and continue downwards.  Oh by the way, I used some online BMI calculators and I am on the fence of being obese, and very overweight, no laughing matter, and its a reminder and wake-up call that I'm not as fit, healthy as I think.  Here's the latest pic of me and my family, for a before pic.
